SHIPPING POLICY
At It's a STEEL - Quality Knives & Sharpeners, we offer free shipping on all orders above R1200. Our shipping partners (The Courier Guy) ensure that your orders are delivered to you within 3-5 business days. We take great care in packaging our products to ensure that they reach you in perfect condition. For orders below R1200, we charge a flat shipping fee of R100. We are committed to delivering high-quality products to our customers. In the unlikely event of a damaged or a defective product, please contact our customer care within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will initiate a return or exchange of the product at no additional cost to you.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from It's a STEEL - Quality Knives & Sharpeners. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the product within 7 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. We will initiate the refund or exchange process once we receive the returned product. Please note that the shipping cost for returning the product will be borne by the customer.
